This Textbook (Offenders No More) has been put together and written by some of the worlds top experts in the field of Restorative Justice and using  Jim's story as a ex offender to create an example of offender rehabilitation to reference.
It is intended for the audience of higher level university courses in Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Education and Criminal Policy Planning.
It is Jim's view that it could benefit most educators who read it.
It is a collaboration of University Professors, Assistant Professors, Researchers, Directors of Organizations and Practitioners in the field of Restorative Justice.
Jim would like to thank Theo Gavrielides for inviting him to write Chapter One (How I Became an Offender and What I did to Remove this Label) for this book and for seeing how Jim's story could help the experts in helping offenders.
This is truly a brilliant book that could change the face of history on how we all see Offenders and in most cases, how Offender rehabilitation could be accomplished in a more humane and lasting way.
